Les Maisons Escapia
In the vast majority of cases, Matthieu, the manager of Les Maisons Escapia, will be there to welcome you.
However, if this is not possible, everything is planned for an autonomous arrival.
A personalized code, as well as a simple procedure, will be communicated to you for an easy arrival at any time.
Absolutely. You will have free access to WIFI in each house.
Desks have been set up in some rooms of each house, allowing people to isolate themselves for work if necessary.
Without forgetting, the large tables present in each stay.
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
Pets are generally not accepted. However, we can make an exception.

The minimum length of stays vary depending on the house chosen.
In low season we allow stays of at least 4 nights in most houses.
Renting for a weekend is possible outside school holidays at chalet Melzerata.

The houses are to be rented in full for the duration of the chosen stay.
Villas Heuguera and Arranca are rated 5 stars by the Landes Departmental Committee.
Chalet Melzerata is rated 4 stars.
If you wish, Matthieu, manager of the Escapia Houses, will accompany you before your stay so that you can prepare it with confidence.
In addition, Matthieu can advise you according to your areas of interest on the progress of your stay.
Finally, Matthieu will remain reachable for the duration of your stay.
It is possible to go live with a rental contract.

Once the contract has been signed on both sides, we ask for a deposit of 30% by transfer to block the dates of the stay.
The remaining 70% will be paid by bank transfer 30 days before the start of the stay.
The deposit is not cashed, we ask for either a check that we return after the inventory, or a credit card imprint.
